Join us in for a Climate Strike/Parking Day action to occupy four spots normally used by fossil fuel-burning vehicles in a daylong mobilization of dance, community and climate resource sharing. The 2nd Annual Spot for Dance festival includes participatory workshops in the street for people of all ages and abilities and dance performances exploring themes of climate change and social justice.

  • Celebrate Broadway is a street closure event happening on Broadway between 73rd and 76th Street sponsored by Streetopia UWS. Come catch the Time Lapse Dance company in a reprisal of the Spot for Dance program sharing a trio of works in the street, along with performances by the Sokolow Theatre/Dance Ensemble and Aviva Geismar.
