Time Lapse Dance showcases excerpts from Sperling's electrifying Ghosts, which transports the billowing undulations and iridescent illuminations of modern-dance pioneer Loie Fuller into an experimental 21st-century context. Quentin Chiappetta's outstanding original score was commissioned with funds from the American Music Center and played live at the premiere.
