An Arm and a Leg (2005)

An Arm and a LegA follow up to the “Inexpensive Trilogy,” this trio takes a “dear” turn. The dancers begin as insect-like hatchlings who, with bodies folded in on themselves, embark on an awkward and touching exploration of inter-locking limbs. Through twisted three-way partnering, trust and communication develop and these creatures grow in confidence establishing a complex eco-system of three bodies. The shimmering costumes are by Michelle Ferranti. (16 minutes)
