We Walk: Streets for Connection
PARK(ing) Day is an annual international event where artists and activists temporarily transform curbside parking spots into public spaces. This year, Time Lapse Dance is teaming up with a diverse group of partners to transform, not just the parking spaces, but several blocks of West End Avenue (between 88th and 92nd Streets) for socially-distant site activations including dance and music performances, a temporary parklet, chalk-art, mask-making, streetscape visioning projects, and civic engagements.
